Filling Production Coordinator Ensure that operations align with the company’s goals and strategies, guaranteeing that products are correctly filled, delivered on time, and meet required quality standards to satisfy both internal company requirements and customer expectations. **Responsibilities:** Supervise filling lines to ensure production meets the scheduled plan; Perform verification and quality control of filled products, ensuring compliance with required standards and adherence to applicable regulations and norms; Monitor preventive maintenance, maintenance, and calibration of filling equipment to ensure proper operation, minimize unplanned downtime, assure filling accuracy, and maintain product quality; Monitor inventory control of filling materials to ensure efficient stock management, avoiding excess or shortage of materials; Record production data and prepare daily reports, enabling performance tracking, early identification of issues, efficiency control, and quality monitoring; Review and analyze departmental performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational success and identify improvement opportunities; Evaluate and recommend new equipment and technologies for the filling department, aiming to advance the department and support continuous improvement; Participate in internal and external quality and safety audits, ensuring company processes comply with applicable norms and regulations; Contribute to the annual strategic planning of the production department, aligning necessary actions and resources to achieve targets and improve departmental performance; Manage the filling operators team, including task allocation and performance monitoring; Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene regulations; Hold weekly meetings with the production team to discuss goals, performance, and operational issues; Collaborate with the production planning department to adjust schedules as needed, ensuring timely delivery and production efficiency; Provide ongoing training and development for the filling team to ensure achievement of objectives; Review and optimize processes to enhance resource utilization and increase production efficiency; Monitor monthly performance and productivity reports for the filling department, identifying deviations and analyzing results to support data-driven decision-making; Collaborate with the quality control department during monthly compliance reviews to ensure processes and products meet established standards; Plan material and supply requirements to ensure uninterrupted production; Participate in strategic production meetings to align departmental activities with company goals; Monitor team performance, including providing feedback and setting individual goals. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields. Experience in filling processes within an industrial environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Team management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
