Job Summary: Professional responsible for various dispatch activities, including loading, unloading, sorting, verification, transportation, and organization of products and materials, ensuring accuracy and quality. Focus on research, development, innovation, and quality Responsible for performing various product dispatch activities, including loading and unloading products/materials, sorting products/materials, verifying products/materials, transporting products/materials, organizing products/materials, and other similar tasks. **Responsibilities and Duties** Verify products and materials received from production areas and technical support, checking volume, items, and other characteristics defined in appropriate forms (labor/time recording, export goods, and technical support goods), and return the forms to the issuing departments with records of quantities received. Assemble merchandise orders as specified in shipping orders or preparation maps, retrieving the designated products and quantities from the warehouse for subsequent identification and batch preparation. Label customer information on product packaging/boxes using brushes or appropriate labels; when necessary, place products on mobile platforms (pallets) and secure them with steel straps and wooden structures for subsequent cargo release. Assess material requirements for packaging assembly according to merchandise dispatch scheduling, issuing and forwarding requisitions to supplying departments (Warehouse and Packaging) for supply purposes. Perform inventory verification (cyclic counting) of product volumes and items, checking conformity/accuracy between accounting data (inventory system) and physical stock, as well as assessing the visual condition of products in the warehouse, requesting maintenance if necessary. Transport cargo into containers using appropriate equipment (overhead cranes, alligator-type carts, or forklift operation), and secure loads with lashings and dunnage to ensure product transport safety. Read and interpret standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, measuring instruments, and/or general instructions regarding assigned tasks. Exercise self-control in each operation/task, observing established quality parameters, inspection frequency, and expected results as described in operational standards, evaluating them visually and/or using measuring equipment, and recording results if required.
