Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for developing, updating, and optimizing Back-End applications, ensuring system quality and security across all development lifecycle phases, with emphasis on best practices and team support. Foster an agile culture and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Description: TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: * Minimum 2 years of experience in system development; * Experience with C\#, .Net, Genexus, Python, and databases (preferably SQL Server, PostgreSQL); * Proficiency in Software Engineering best practices (Clean Architecture, SOLID, Clean Code); * Experience with APIs and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP); * Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design. BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: * Business focus; * Continuous learning; * Proactive attitude. * Develop new features, perform updates, and optimize resources in Back-End applications using the company's common technologies, frameworks, and libraries; * Support requirement gathering with clients and identify the most suitable technologies for existing demands; * Perform deployment of new versions to ensure application functionality; * Improve application performance and scalability to enhance user experience or optimize resources; * Participate in the entire development lifecycle—from architecture design through production system maintenance and debugging; * Uphold best development practices by participating in project definition, code reviews, testing, maintenance, and creation of technical and functional documentation; * Ensure secure development practices to protect data; * Design database structures (relational and non-relational) and architectures for applications; * Diagnose and debug system errors; * Provide support to the development team; * Assist in defining technologies, techniques, and standards to be followed in the company's Systems Development area; * Foster an agile culture and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. 2511140202461164681
