Focus on the safety and well-being of employees and visitors **Job Objective** Perform cleaning, maintenance, organization, and sanitization tasks in company premises, ensuring appropriate conditions of hygiene, safety, comfort, and well\-being for employees, customers, and visitors, in accordance with internal procedures and occupational safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities** **Cleaning and Maintenance** * Perform daily cleaning of rooms, offices, corridors, reception areas, restrooms, pantries, cafeterias, changing rooms, and common areas. * Clean floors, walls, doors, windows, glass, furniture, inside cabinets, equipment, and other surfaces. * Carry out sweeping, washing, vacuuming, waxing, polishing, and disinfection according to the established schedule. * Sanitize restrooms, sinks, mirrors, faucets, and other sanitary installations. **Sanitization** * Correctly apply cleaning and disinfecting products as per manufacturer instructions. * Control cross-contamination risks by using specific materials for each area. * Follow specific sanitization protocols for critical areas, where applicable. **Environment Organization** * Reorganize furniture and equipment after cleaning. * Restock hygiene supplies, including: * Toilet paper; * Paper towels; * Liquid soap; * Hand sanitizer; * Trash bags; * Air fresheners (when used). * Keep pantries and kitchens organized and sanitized. **Waste Collection and Disposal** * Collect general, recyclable, and organic waste. * Transport waste to designated locations. * Keep trash bins clean. **Material Management** * Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies. * Report when materials and equipment need replenishment. * Ensure proper maintenance of used equipment. **Equipment Usage** Operate equipment correctly, including: * Vacuum cleaners; * Dry and wet mops; * Squeegees; * Brooms; * Sprayers; * Microfiber cloths. **Occupational Safety** * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations. * Identify and report hazardous situations. * Store chemical products in accordance with safety guidelines. * Avoid wastage of water, energy, and materials. **Customer Service** * Maintain a courteous and respectful attitude toward employees, customers, and visitors. * Respond to cleaning-related requests within the scope of this position. * Report any irregularities observed in facilities to the supervisor. **Daily Tasks** * Open and prepare areas for commencement of activities. * Execute the daily cleaning schedule. * Collect waste during working hours. * Restock hygiene supplies. * Sanitize restrooms at scheduled intervals. * Clean circulation areas. * Conclude the workday by leaving areas organized. **Periodic Tasks** * Clean interior glass surfaces. * Clean lighting fixtures. * Sanitize upholstered furniture. * Clean blinds. * Clean walls. * Organize the cleaning supply storage room. * **Provide support at reception, opening the door when necessary.** * **Provide support in the pantry, assisting in serving customers when necessary.** **Technical Competencies** * Knowledge of cleaning and sanitization techniques. * Safe handling of chemical products. * Basic understanding of selective waste collection. * Fundamental knowledge of product dilution. * Ability to organize and maintain environments. * Proficiency in using cleaning equipment. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization. * Attention to detail. * Agility. * Responsibility. * Discipline. * Punctuality. * Commitment. * Teamwork. * Good communication skills. * Proactivity. * Professional ethics. * Discretion and confidentiality. **Requirements** **Education** * Completed elementary education (preferred).
