




Job Summary: Work at the Laboratory for Services for the Deaf (SAPS), organizing reception, controlling access and equipment custody, preparing reports, and interacting with external stakeholders. Preparation of reports and equipment management Work at the Laboratory for Services for the Deaf – SAPS ***Duties and Responsibilities:*** Schedule procedures according to each user's needs; Organize reception; Control entry and exit of students, faculty, staff, and equipment; Be responsible for equipment custody and control; Prepare reports or other instruments to record activities; Receive and interact with external stakeholders (outside the institution, work area, or administrative unit) to provide information; Provide telephone support, delivering information or seeking authorization for user entry; Record and maintain control over all interactions; Stay updated on the organization’s structure, departments, personnel, and events within the area. **Requirements:** Preference for candidates currently enrolled in Pedagogy or Administration programs; Experience in the education field; Basic knowledge of Brazilian Sign Language (Libras); Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour and 30-minute break; ***Univali values inclusion and equal opportunity; all positions are open to persons with disabilities and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.*** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$3.100,00 – R$3.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Private pension plan * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have basic knowledge of Libras? * Do you have experience in the education field?
