Teamwork in a high-volume environment We are seeking a **Kitchen Assistant** to work at the restaurant of one of our attractions, supporting the team in food preparation while ensuring organization, efficiency, and compliance with quality and hygiene standards. Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation as directed by the team; * Clean, cut, and portion ingredients; * Properly organize and store supplies; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and utensils; * Support inventory control and food shelf-life management; * Assist in receiving and verifying goods; * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations; * Support the team to ensure operational efficiency. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role is a plus; * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices; * Organization, efficiency, and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Ability to thrive in a high-customer-flow environment is a plus.
