Job Summary: A restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support ingredient preparation, kitchen cleaning and organization, and food production. Key Highlights: 1. Support in food preparation and product assembly 2. Kitchen and equipment organization and cleaning 3. Ingredient inventory control The restaurant is looking for a Kitchen Assistant in Blumenau. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing ingredients for making pastries and other menu items. Perform kitchen, utensil, and equipment cleaning and organization. Support the frying, assembly, and finalization processes of products. Monitor ingredient and perishable product inventory control.
