We are looking for a Systems Support Analyst to support and evolve corporate systems, with emphasis on ERP and its integrations, ensuring environment stability and supporting business areas in continuously improving processes and technology usage. This professional will work closely with users, internal departments, and vendors, combining technical expertise and process-oriented thinking to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation. **Your day-to-day responsibilities here:** * Support and evolve our corporate systems, with focus on ERP and integrations; * Provide technical and functional support to users, handling incidents, problems, and service requests; * Log, track, and prioritize service tickets; * Collaborate closely with business areas to propose improvements, automations, and efficient solutions; * Develop and maintain system integrations (APIs and WebServices); * Implement configurations, enhancements, reports, and new functionalities; * Participate in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation projects; * Document processes and solutions to ensure clarity and continuity. **Technical profile we seek:** * Experience supporting corporate systems (ERP and integrated systems); * Familiarity with ITIL (incidents, problems, and changes); * Knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle, or MySQL); * Understanding of programming logic and automation; * Experience in system UAT or implementation; * Knowledge of process and system documentation; * Intermediate English; * Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git, GitHub, or GitLab); * Preferred: experience with Sapiens ERP; * Preferred: knowledge of business processes (sales, finance, tax, accounting, manufacturing, etc.); * Preferred: experience or interest in system integrations (REST/SOAP); * Curiosity or experience applying Artificial Intelligence in business contexts; * Completed Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
