Work location: Itajaí, Santa Catarina **Responsibilities and duties*** Perform activities according to work instructions and guidance from qualified technicians and/or immediate supervisors; * Read and interpret installation drawings and electrical system diagrams to carry out tasks; * Ensure preservation activities of equipment and materials according to work instructions and manufacturer recommendations; * Verify assembly (positioning and fixation) of panels, sensors and other instruments according to predefined procedures; * Disassemble, assemble and/or repair machines, equipment and accessories; * Operate equipment and machinery to assist in carrying out assigned activities; * Conduct cable integrity tests, insulation and equipment functionality tests, testing of electrical components and systems, instrumentation and automation; * Check cable tags and labels according to diagrams; * Carry out mechanical completion verification activities during pre-commissioning phase and System and Subsystem Integration Testing; . Monitor electric motor start-up tests; . Perform other related and inherent job duties as required or deemed necessary by supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** Education: Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, Automation or related fields. Advanced knowledge of electrical systems such as power generation and distribution, control systems, automation and electrical protection devices. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical designs.
