We are located in the Santa Catarina coastal region, offering excellent quality of life! **Vacancy also open to Persons with Disabilities (PCD)** **Job Mission** Ensure the availability and proper functioning of industrial equipment by performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, applying technical and strategic expertise to mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems — thereby contributing to safety, reliability, and efficiency in production processes. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on industrial machines and equipment; * Diagnose failures and propose effective solutions for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems; * Read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and diagrams; * Carry out adjustments, repairs, and component replacements; * Work in compliance with technical and safety standards; * Complete maintenance reports and update equipment service histories; * Support process and equipment improvements focused on reliability and efficiency. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Proven experience in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical and schematic diagrams; * Experience with industrial machinery, CNC machines, or automated production lines is desirable; * Familiarity with NR-10, NR-12, and occupational safety regulations; * Proactivity, logical reasoning, and strong diagnostic ability. **Preferred (Differentiating) Qualifications:** * Specialized training courses in industrial maintenance; * Experience with PLCs or automation systems; * Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
