




Job Summary: Support the control and management of invoices, material verification, order and contract tracking, and report preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in report preparation and document organization **Responsibilities:** * Support the control and management of invoices related to construction projects and services; * Perform verification of received materials and incoming documents; * Assist in tracking orders and contracts within the department; * Support the preparation and updating of control reports and spreadsheets; * Organize and archive technical and administrative documents; * Provide day-to-day administrative support to the engineering team. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in administrative routines (preferably in engineering, civil construction, or related fields); * Experience with invoice management and material verification; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively; **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7 AM to 5 PM; Friday: 7 AM to 4 PM
