We operate 6 offices across Brazil’s major ports. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a **Sales Support (customer service)** professional to join our **Operations team at the Itajaí branch**. Prior experience in the domestic market is essential to integrate into our team and contribute to the growth and development of our company. **What we expect from you:** * Motivation for challenges and desire for professional growth. * Commitment to continuous development and improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for after\-sales service, ensuring process efficiency and fostering interaction between external customers (customers, agents, and suppliers) and internal departments—delivering excellence in service while guaranteeing profitability equal to or exceeding that agreed upon during commercial negotiations. * Analyze and resolve post\-sales issues, acting as an intermediary among customers, agents, suppliers, and internal departments—ensuring all stakeholders receive accurate information and processes are executed efficiently. * Analyze and manage post\-sales changes to cargo processes/data (e.g., quotation updates/recalculation, analysis/acceptance of specific cargo types, system adjustments/updates); * Analyze and resolve value discrepancies (e.g., pricing discrepancies in the sales process involving customers/quotations and/or agents/invoices, along with corresponding system adjustments/updates); * Organize and track cargo pickup through to the port of loading (road transport: LTL/dedicated); **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience in NVOCC and Freight Forwarders/FFW (Maritime LCL products). **Additional Information** * **Medical assistance** * **Dental assistance** (optional) * **Meal allowance and/or food voucher** – BRL 60.00 per business day * **Telepsychology** * **Life insurance** * **Private pension plan** (optional) * **Total Pass** (optional) * **Profit-sharing or results-based bonus (PLR)** * **Transportation voucher** * **Work model:** 100% in-person, Monday to Friday At **Allink**, we believe every journey is unique—and our purpose is to make yours extraordinary!
