ABOUT THE POSITION: The intern will support Import Department activities, contributing to process monitoring, document organization, communication with suppliers and service providers, and participation in the department’s continuous improvement projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in monitoring shipments and customs clearance; Support verification of documents (invoices, packing lists, BLs, DI, etc.); Update spreadsheets and systems with operational status; Assist in communication with suppliers, customers, and customs brokers; Support deadline and operational demand management; Contribute to document organization and digitization. REQUIREMENTS: Currently enrolled in Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Strong communication and organizational skills; Proactivity and eagerness to learn.
