Closing processes with customs brokers. Client financial reporting. Verification and recording of incoming invoices (NFs). Organization and control of tax documents. Generation of tax forecasts based on billing. Ensuring entries are posted in the correct accounting period. Analysis of tax accounting for state and federal taxes. Inventory control. Tasks related to standard duties of a Foreign Trade Billing Analyst. Position located in Itajaí / SC. Previous experience as an International Collections Analyst, International Billing Specialist, Foreign Trade Analyst, or Billing Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
