Create and update support materials and report improvement suggestions A software company is seeking a Training Instructor in Itajaí (Cordeiros). **Responsibilities:** Provide high-quality service, helping customers use the system confidently and achieve expected results. Actively and receptively assist customers via available channels (phone, e\-mail, chat), advising them on how to use the system and/or achieve desired outcomes. Understand customer needs, diagnose questions, and guide customers step by step through software functionalities. Identify opportunities for new training sessions and product improvements. Conduct remote support sessions via screen sharing when necessary. Clearly, completely, and systematically record all support interactions. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Identify recurring questions and contribute to the creation/update of support materials (FAQs, tutorials, knowledge base articles). Escalate complex cases to Consulting, Training, or Development teams. Report system improvement suggestions based on customer experience and feedback. Previous experience as a Training Facilitator, Corporate Educator, Training Coordinator, or Training Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
