We aim to grow as a company, as a team, and as individuals. **Success in This Role:** Acting as the bridge between the client and Inovadora, translating client expectations into solutions that resolve their pain points and add value to this partnership. **What You’ll Do:** * Implement our systems at client sites, ensuring installation, configuration, and testing processes are executed successfully, enabling clients to operate the contracted modules effectively; * Conduct training and refresher sessions for clients on how to use our systems, taking full ownership of the end-to-end process; * Test implementation modules and features offered in each system version prior to release and deployment; * Manage documentation generated during implementations, ensuring all agreements, reports, and other documents are validated and signed to confirm service delivery; * Provide technical support—ranging from basic to advanced—to Inovadora’s clients via phone, email, chat, or corporate WhatsApp, identifying issues faced by clients and assisting in their resolution; * Log support tickets for all interactions, thoroughly documenting client requests, as well as system defects and flaws, and routing those requiring cross-departmental support to the appropriate teams; * Monitor open tickets to ensure clients receive timely responses to their requests within agreed-upon deadlines. **How You’ll Do It:** * Assumes responsibilities aligned with the department’s plan; * Understands the business and has a solid grasp of interdependencies among relevant variables; * Makes operational decisions—even when no precedents exist—while understanding the impact of those decisions on their team and on stakeholders with whom they interface most closely; * Receives prioritized responsibilities and seeks guidance and support whenever needed; * Delivers outputs of varying complexity, predominantly simple and standardized ones; * Delivers high-quality results even when extra effort is required. **What You’ll Need:** * Basic computer skills (Windows and Linux); * Proactivity in identifying and resolving problems, ensuring client satisfaction; * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
