Guide users on features and best practices for usage A software company is seeking a Software Customer Technical Support professional in Itajaí (Cordeiros). **Responsibilities:** Ensure the best user experience with the software by assisting with issue resolution and proper platform usage. Provide technical support to customers (via chat, e\-mail, and/or phone). Identify, analyze, and resolve system-related issues. Guide users on features and best practices for usage. Log and track support tickets in the ticketing system. Escalate more complex issues to the responsible development teams. Contribute to improvements in support processes and technical documentation. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Customer Service Specialist, Software Support Consultant, or Software Support Technician may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this role. High school education in progress.
