




**Description** Join a cross-functional design team (Squad), contributing to the creation and implementation of innovative visual solutions aligned with the company’s goals and strategies. Drive OUTMarketing’s business growth by delivering top-tier design projects focused on user experience and results generation. **Responsibilities and Duties** Animation Creation: Create visual animations to enrich materials and content; Use of AI in daily design tasks and material creation; Webinar and In-Person Event Design: Develop visually compelling designs for webinars and in-person events, ensuring an immersive visual experience for participants—including PowerPoint templates, exhibition stands, banners, brochures, promotional items, invitations, landing pages, emails, social media posts, ad creatives, and other relevant event communication materials; E-book, Infographic, Rich Media, and Success Case Design: Design e-books, infographics, rich media, and success cases, supporting visual storytelling; Pop-up Image Creation: Develop pop-up images to ensure effective and engaging communication; Landing Page Layout: Create impactful visuals for landing pages using marketing automation tools, optimizing the user’s visual experience; Promotional Kit Creation: Develop promotional kits—including social media images, ads, emails, and rich media—aligned with defined marketing strategies; Image Creation and Manipulation: Produce and edit images, ensuring visual consistency across diverse materials; Mandatory and exclusive use of images and videos from the image bank contracted by OUTMarketing (currently Adobe Stock); SharePoint File Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date files in each client’s SharePoint, facilitating access and efficient collaboration; Meeting Participation: Actively participate in biweekly meetings, setup sessions, and departmental meetings, contributing insights and aligning strategies; Creation of online and offline materials as required by clients; Brief Execution: Follow briefing guidelines produced by the team, ensuring quality, creativity, and adherence to established strategies; Use of eKyte for Activity Tracking: Use the eKyte platform to track and execute activities outlined in the client’s scope, prioritizing tasks as defined by Customer Success; Moodboard Creation, Presentation, and Follow-up: Develop, present, and monitor client moodboards, ensuring creative alignment with client expectations; Video Editing: Edit videos—including cuts and adaptations—for various distribution channels, ensuring quality and consistency with the brand’s visual identity; Report Production: Produce visual reports using charts and visual elements to clearly and impactfully present data; Support in Training Delivery: Collaborate with coordination in preparing and delivering design-related training; Assist in developing instructional materials and visual resources for training sessions; GIF Creation: Develop animated GIFs to enrich content, communications, and campaigns; Support in developing the area’s playbook and processes; Onboarding Support for New Team Members: Participate in the onboarding process of new team members, providing support during their integration into the Designer Squad’s activities; Guide and assist new team members in understanding the design team’s processes and workflows; Serve as an ambassador for OUTMarketing’s processes, culture, and values. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or related field.
