




**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Answer and forward telephone calls, messages, and e\-mails. * Greet and assist clients, visitors, suppliers, and service providers with courtesy and professionalism. * Manage meeting scheduling, document reception, and deliveries. * Support the receipt, verification, registration, and organization of physical or digital documents. * Provide administrative support to internal teams with simple tasks (printing, scanning, mailing correspondence, etc.). * Keep appointment and meeting schedules up to date. * Maintain the organization of the reception area and common spaces (meeting room, kitchenette, etc.). * Support internal processes related to customer service routines. * Comply with confidentiality policies and internal office procedures. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education. * Technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields (preferred). * Prior experience in customer service or reception roles. * Basic knowledge of document organization and telephone and WhatsApp communication. * Strong oral and written communication skills.
