This role is ideal for individuals seeking to grow within the Product field, directly participating in requirement definition, delivery tracking, and continuous improvement of solutions — always prioritizing user experience and business value. **Responsibilities:** * Interpret and document business rules clearly and accurately; * Detail user stories and development cards, proposing functional improvements; * Create and validate simple user interface and process flows; * Support the definition of acceptance criteria and functional documentation; * Participate in agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, review); * Lead alignment meetings with the development team; * Support demand prioritization based on impact and business value; * Track deliveries and validate compliance with defined requirements; * Maintain updated backlogs in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar; * Ensure demand organization, traceability, and visibility. Requirements: * Technical or higher education degree in IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in systems analysis, product work, or requirements gathering; * Experience with functional documentation and user stories; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Familiarity with backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar). **Desired Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of databases and queries (SQL); * Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, or similar); * Understanding of data modeling and system logic. **Differentiators:** * Experience in delivery validation and functional testing; * Experience in web development environments.
