Support ensuring availability of materials used in transformer manufacturing, in the correct quantity and at the right time. Monitor to maintain appropriate inventory levels and act promptly to resolve supply issues arising from engineering changes and quality problems during manufacturing. **How You Will Make an Impact:** * Assist in customer project planning in coordination with all involved departments, based on contractual facts, capacities, penalties, business unit goals, and other relevant information. * Support the manufacturing activity schedule by monitoring its execution to meet production targets within scheduled deadlines. * Participate in periodic meetings with the Contract Administration team to update project progress (on a regular basis). If necessary, involve other areas: Procurement, Engineering, Production, etc. Monitor and train less experienced staff "on the job" as needed. * Support defining minimum and maximum inventory levels for materials used in manufacturing, assist in identifying needs, request procurement, and determine which materials require automatic replenishment points. * Monitor planned vs. actual hours, as well as results from inventory level control analysis. * Support periodic analysis of manufacturing capacity versus orders (firm and quotation-stage) to forecast resources, shifts, and materials. * Support handling exception messages together with buyers and adjust the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to finalize purchase requisitions. * Support the inventory management team in handling: obsolete materials, appropriate inventory levels, ABC/XYZ classification for rotating inventories, non-conforming materials, engineering substitutions or changes, internal material flow and dispatch, phase-in/out processes, and reuse of products and materials. * Assist with inventory data, define and manage actions to reduce Net Working Capital, focusing on raw materials and project-purchased materials. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum basic English proficiency. * Advanced Excel / ERP SAP modules PP and MM (desirable) * Familiarity with project, material, and production planning processes and methods (desirable) **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).
