Coordinate and supervise HR department processes **ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY:** " Food industry manufacturer" **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Coordinate and supervise HR department processes. Ensure compliance with labor legislation. Develop and implement HR policies, including career plans, performance evaluations, training, and development programs. Act as a mediator in conflicts and provide support to managers on people management topics. Monitor HR metrics and prepare management reports for senior leadership. Lead the HR team, promoting professional development and motivation within the department. Support personnel administration and occupational health and safety management in collaboration with the responsible department. Lead and inspire the team, foster talent development, and create a high-performance environment. **EXPERIENCE:** Experience as an HR Leader **REQUIREMENTS:** Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. Basic knowledge of labor legislation. Familiarity with HR tools and systems. Experience in behavioral profile analysis. Knowledge of HR processes.
