Learn more about us at: www.clubecandeias.com/trabalhe\-conosco **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Provide first-level technical support to users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, and networks; * Assist with configuration, installation, and maintenance of equipment and software; * Record and document incidents and support requests in a ticket management system; * Collaborate with the IT team to identify trends and improvements in support services; * Deliver basic user training to ensure effective use of technology and systems; * Contribute to maintaining and updating the knowledge base. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s or technical degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity applications (Microsoft Office, G Suite); * Problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Strong desire to build a career in IT support. **Additional Information:** * Remuneration: R$3\.809; * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00; * Meal Allowance: R$ 650.00 monthly via Caju card; * Transportation Benefit: As stipulated by law; * Parking: The company provides private parking for cars and motorcycles; * Life Insurance: Provided by Porto Seguro; * Health Plan: After probation period, Unimed APS health plan — 50% co-payment for procedures listed in the Unimed fee schedule.
