Job Summary: A professional to work in the Human Resources and Finance Departments, responsible for payroll closing, hiring, terminations, and supporting the Finance Department. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting training and development initiatives The company is an industrial enterprise seeking a professional to work in its HR and Finance Departments. **Responsibilities:** Perform payroll closing, verifying salary calculations, overtime, benefits, statutory charges, and deductions, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines; Execute hiring processes, including document collection and verification, system registration, contract preparation, and onboarding of new employees; Conduct termination processes, calculating severance payments, organizing documentation, and advising employees according to current legislation; Support training and development initiatives by identifying needs, organizing training sessions, monitoring employee development, and maintaining training records. Provide support to the Finance Department. **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (from the 6th semester onward) in Accounting or Business Administration; Prior experience in Human Resources Department routines and/or cost/inventory management; Basic knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT); Familiarity with ERP systems and time-tracking systems; Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and reconciliations – will be tested); Ability to collaborate effectively across departments (Production, HR, and Finance).
