Focus on organization, proactivity, and collaboration in an industrial environment The company is an industrial manufacturer seeking a professional to work in its HR and finance departments. **Responsibilities:** Perform payroll closing, verifying salary calculations, overtime, benefits, statutory charges, and deductions, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines; Execute onboarding processes, including document collection and verification, system registration, contract preparation, and new employee integration; Manage offboarding processes, calculating severance payments, organizing documentation, and advising employees according to current labor legislation; Support training and development initiatives by identifying needs, organizing training sessions, monitoring employee development, and maintaining training records. Provide support to the finance department. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing (from the 6th semester onward) in Accounting or Administration; Prior experience in HR department routines and/or cost/inventory management; Basic knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT); Familiarity with ERP systems and time-tracking systems; Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations – will be tested); Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments (production, HR, and finance).
