An established technology company is seeking an Implementation Leader to manage the team responsible for implementing its commercialized systems. This role is strategic and directly tied to customer success in post-sales. The professional will not perform technical implementation directly but will be responsible for leading the implementation team, ensuring delivery quality, organizing schedules, and monitoring area KPIs.
