Our client is seeking a professional to coordinate the Human Resources department, responsible for leading HR subsystems with strong operational focus in an industrial environment, ensuring process efficiency, employee development, and strategic alignment with operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Lead HR subsystems, including Recruitment & Selection with emphasis on high-volume operational hiring, Training & Development with focus on leadership development, organizational climate management, culture and engagement, as well as personnel administration in coordination with respective departments.
Work practically and closely with operations, maintaining constant presence on the factory floor to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business needs (hands-on profile).
Design and implement organizational development policies and programs, including career path planning, merit cycle, and talent retention initiatives—such as seasonal actions during critical periods (e.g., summer).
Monitor, analyze, and directly act upon key HR metrics—including turnover, absenteeism, and time-to-hire—proposing and executing continuous improvement action plans.
Provide direct support to operational leaders (managers and coordinators), acting as a strategic partner in people management and decision-making.
Lead and implement organizational culture initiatives, such as active listening programs (speak-up), value reinforcement, and employee engagement activities.
Interface with corporate HR and support audit processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, applicable legislation, and HR best practices.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources;
Proven experience as a generalist HR professional with comprehensive knowledge of core HR subsystems;
Mandatory experience in industrial environments, with direct involvement on the factory floor;
Experience in high-volume Recruitment & Selection processes, especially for operational positions;
Experience managing HR metrics—with focus on turnover and absenteeism—including root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective action plans;
Prior leadership experience, such as HR Coordinator or HR Business Partner with strong operational involvement;
Personal vehicle required for commuting, with availability for on-site work;
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across all organizational levels;
Leadership, planning, and time management skills, with a results-oriented mindset;
Analytical profile, data- and metric-driven, capable of making decisions based on performance indicators;
