Plan, prepare, and conduct branch audits within the deadlines established by the company. Send via email the list of documents required for store, distribution center (DC), and administrative audits—documents to be provided by HR teams. Provide guidance on implementing corrective actions for non-conformities identified in the audit report. Submit audit reports to Head Office and the Performance Metrics Department. Provide support and assistance to HR departments at stores, DCs, and administrative offices whenever necessary.
