Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing, controlling, and monitoring financial routines to ensure reliability, decision support, and timely execution for sound financial health. Key Highlights: 1. Cash flow control and monitoring, and financial analysis. 2. Preparation of management reports and budget monitoring. 3. Support in financial closing and audits. Analyze, control, and monitor the company's financial routines to ensure information reliability, support decision-making, and meet deadlines—contributing to Incotex’s financial health and sustainable growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Control and monitor **cash flow**, projections, and financial analyses; * Execute and analyze **accounts payable and receivable** routines, ensuring deadlines and reconciliations; * Prepare **managerial financial reports**, key performance indicators, and results analysis; * Support **monthly financial closing**, ensuring data accuracy; * Monitor the **budget**, analyze variances, and propose improvements; * Perform bank reconciliations and manage financial investments; * Support internal and external audits by providing information and documentation; * Collaborate with internal departments, delivering financial and analytical support; * Suggest process improvements in finance to enhance efficiency and organization. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in **Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields**; * Prior experience in finance, particularly in analysis and control routines; * Knowledge of **cash flow management, reconciliations, and financial reporting**; * Proficiency in **Intermediate/Advanced Excel.**
