Description: Job Description We are looking for a Field Services Operator to carry out Field Service Orders (FSOs), including installation, repair, address change, and other services, in accordance with the company's defined operational procedures. Let’s sail toward the future! \#JoinBrisanet What will your day-to-day look like? * Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments, when requested; * Use individual and collective safety equipment, when necessary; * Drive the company vehicle, when required; * Carry out other related activities as needed by the department and as directed by leadership; * Maintain the vehicle in compliance with processes defined by the Fleet Management Department, ensuring its proper operation; \- Perform workplace safety procedures, such as JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and use of PPEs, in accordance with current legislation; * Execute field service orders, including installation, repair, address change, and other services, in accordance with the company's defined operational procedures; * Provide referrals for additional or new sales; * Safeguard, maintain, properly use, and account for company-provided resources; verify the work environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. What we seek for this opportunity: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of networks and computer maintenance; * Familiarity with the city’s geography; * Driver’s License Class B and Defensive Driving certification. Preferred qualifications: * 6 months of experience in telecommunications; * Willingness to travel; * Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media, including twisted-pair cables and optical fiber; * Router and signal repeater configuration; * Structured cabling; * Customer service techniques.
