Job Summary: Responsible for managing e-commerce orders and billing in Mexico, customer service, re-billing, return support, and data updates in SAP. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: **Responsibilities and duties:** * Manage e-commerce order and billing flow in Mexico; * Provide customer service via chats and emails, clarifying questions related to orders and billing; * Perform re-billing activities, including verification, adjustments, and sending NF/XML to customers; * Support fiscal note return processes, organizing information and sending instructions via email; * Update customer data (BP) in SAP for corrections and re-billing; * Monitor the order and billing database, ensuring data consistency; * Identify and handle rejected invoices and canceled orders; * Report inconsistencies and errors related to the order database to the IT team. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education; * Intermediate Excel and computer skills; * Knowledge of e-commerce and marketplace operations, with understanding of related workflows and processes; * Organized profile with strong activity and process management skills Benefits * Meal allowance or food voucher; * On-site cafeteria; * Fuel allowance or transportation allowance; * Life insurance;
