With guidance from experienced professionals, you will learn through practice, expand your knowledge, and strengthen your skills for the future. **We seek engaged, curious students eager to learn!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in Recruitment & Selection and Onboarding processes for new employees; * Support the planning and execution of Training programs; * Assist in handling and monitoring employee-related matters; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Management Processes, or related fields; * Availability for 6 hours per day of on-site internship at ZEN S.A.; * Minimum availability for a 1-year internship; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Internship stipend; On-site meals; Transportation allowance; Outpatient medical care and medication reimbursement; Dental plan; Housing support for candidates from other cities; Participation in training and development programs; Opportunities for career growth and advancement.
