Responsibilities and Duties Perform garden and green area maintenance, including pruning, mowing, and cleaning; Prepare, fertilize, and care for soil to ensure healthy plant growth; Plant seedlings, flowers, shrubs, and trees; Support conservation and organization of outdoor spaces. Requirements and Qualifications Completed high school; Prior experience in gardening and green area maintenance; Basic knowledge of gardening tools and equipment operation; Responsibility, proactivity, and environmental stewardship.
