




**Main Activities** Work across all HR subsystems (recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll, benefits, personnel administration, labor relations, and organizational climate); Monitor HR indicators and propose process improvements; Ensure compliance with labor legislation and union agreements; Support managers and employees in people management demands; Assist in the preparation and management of service provider contracts and commercial representation agreements. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; Previous experience as a generalist HR professional; Knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and strategic vision. **Advantageous Qualifications** Experience in an industrial environment; Experience with payroll/ERP systems; Experience in contract management and review. **Work Location** Luiz Alves/SC **Benefits** Meal allowance; Mobility assistance; Performance bonus; EAG development platform; Health insurance.
