




Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring, operating, and performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on facilities, circuits, and electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment. Working with electrical systems and air conditioning equipment **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining electrical installations, circuits, and equipment such as generator sets, UPS systems, hydraulic pumps, distribution panels, electrical control systems, emergency lighting systems, static parallel transfer switches, and generator transfer switches * Responsible for conducting periodic equipment inspection rounds, measuring consumption and performance of equipment/facilities, performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, and providing technical supervision of third-party contractors hired to perform specialized maintenance services * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment according to the activity schedule * Carry out building electrical work including wiring, installation of outlet boxes and circuit breakers, lamp replacement, electric motor replacement, and line filters * Responsible for monitoring and operating air conditioning equipment and other mechanically operated devices such as various types of pumps, hydraulic/pneumatic valves (electromechanical and manual), exhaust fans, ventilators, fire suppression hydraulic equipment, split units, fan coil units, air-cooled self-contained units, water-cooled self-contained units, window air conditioners, cooling towers, ductwork networks, diffusers, and related equipment * Responsible for unclogging toilets, sinks, and floor drains; painting; locksmithing; cleaning; carpentry; carpet repairs; plumbing; installation of copper and PVC piping; roof maintenance; faucets; bidet showers; existing civil and hydraulic components in bathrooms and kitchens; preparation and execution of painting; repairs and maintenance of modular ceilings, machinery and equipment; and furniture relocation * Assemble electrical control panels and command boards * Responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on building installations, electrical appliances and equipment, guided by blueprints, electrical schematics/diagrams, instructions, and other specific documentation * Implement actions to maintain facilities in good working condition and ensure safe working conditions * Manage and maintain inventory control of assets assigned to the professional * Ensure proper use of personal and collective protective equipment * Provide technical supervision of third-party contractors hired to perform specialized maintenance services when required **REQUIREMENTS:** * Vocational training in electricity or related fields * Prior experience in building maintenance * Previous experience in this role * Technical-level qualification in electricity, electrotechnology, or electromechanics **LOCATION: Itajaí/SC** **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Alternate Saturdays Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) Desired Qualifications: Electrotechnology, Technical Course * Basic Food Basket * Transportation Allowance * Medical Assistance / Group Medicine * Dental Assistance * Meal Voucher * Life Insurance * WellHub * Food Allowance
