Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Field Sales Executive with strong interpersonal and new-client prospecting skills. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous relationship development with the client portfolio We are looking for a Field Sales Executive. We seek someone who enjoys being outdoors, engaging directly with people, possesses strong relationship-building skills, and is results-driven. Daily responsibilities include visits, prospecting, negotiations, and direct engagement with clients and partners. Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct field operations, including in-person visits to clients and partners * Prospect new clients and identify business opportunities * Lead commercial negotiations, presenting products/services and proposals * Maintain close and continuous relationships with the client portfolio * Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure achievement of established targets * Represent the company professionally, aligned with its image and values * Record visit, negotiation, and outcome information per internal processes. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields) * Experience in outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation * Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite * Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills * Ease in building client relationships * Proactive, organized, and results-focused profile * Valid driver's license and availability for field work Additional Information **Meal Allowance** – BRL 600.00 per month **Gift Bonus** – BRL 300.00 (*Per internal policy) **Partnerships with** SESC, universities, and language schools **Conexa Health** (Psychologists, Nutritionists, and General Practitioners) **Health Insurance** (Available after probationary period) **20% Discount** at Group A&B stores and operations.
