Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to conduct visits, prospecting, and negotiations with a strong focus on results and direct engagement with customers and partners. Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who enjoys being outdoors, interacting directly with people, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is focused on achieving results. Daily responsibilities include client and partner visits, prospecting, negotiations, and direct engagement with customers and partners. Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct direct field operations, including in-person visits to customers and partners * Prospect new customers and identify business opportunities * Lead commercial negotiations, presenting products/services and proposals * Maintain close and continuous relationships with the customer portfolio * Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure achievement of established targets * Represent the company professionally, aligned with its image and values * Record visit, negotiation, and outcome information per internal processes. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields) * Experience in external sales, prospecting, and negotiation * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite * Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills * Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile * Valid driver’s license and availability for field work Additional Information **Meal Allowance** – BRL 600.00 per month **Gift Bonus** – BRL 300.00 (*subject to internal policy) **Partnerships with** SESC, universities, and language schools **Conexa Health** (psychologists, nutritionists, and general practitioners) **Health Insurance** (available after probation period) **20% Discount** at Group A&B stores and operations.
