Job Summary: Responsible for sewing complex pilot garments with high quality, interpreting technical sheets and patterns, and analyzing sewing feasibility and operational sequence. Key Highlights: 1. Extensive experience in sewing techniques and production processes. **JOB SUMMARY:** * Responsible for sewing pilot garments according to provided patterns and technical sheets. **EDUCATION:** * Completed high school **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assembly of highly complex pilot garments involving various fabric types and finishes. May perform minor pattern adjustments as needed. * Assess sewing feasibility. * Interpret technical sheets. * Evaluate prototype pattern sewability. * Verify sewing operational sequence. * Sew garments meeting required quality standards. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * **Agility:** Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changes.
