We thrive on challenges and seek people to build careers and achieve results with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Strategically analyze sample and garment data, proposing improvements and adjustments to the production process; Develop complex patterns using software, performing critical adjustments and proposing innovative solutions; Manage pilot garment requests and coordinate adjustments in development studies, focusing on quality and efficiency; Lead nesting studies for cutting, optimizing fabric and trim consumption and ensuring maximum material utilization efficiency; Conduct and review fabric utilization studies, implementing practices that minimize material waste and increase productivity; Supervise and review pattern and mini-pattern plotting, ensuring information sent to the Cutting Department is accurate and optimized; Contribute to the continuous improvement of pattern development and cutting processes by implementing enhancements and training the team; Perform other tasks of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company; Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** Minimum 3 years of experience in this role; Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Styling, or related fields; Knowledge of patternmaking, sewing, and pattern-making software (Lectra or similar); **Preferred Qualifications:** Sewing knowledge. **Additional Information** On-site cafeteria, Transportation Allowance, Pharmacy Benefit, Meal Voucher, Health Insurance, Attendance Bonus, and Life Insurance.
