We thrive on challenges and seek people ready to build careers and achieve results together with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Issue sales invoices for intercompany orders and external customers; Issue industrialization invoices and transfer invoices between headquarters and branches; Issue service invoices; Issue return invoices; Issue sample and waste-sale invoices; Issue export invoices, cross-checking waybills against invoices; Issue outgoing fiscal invoices of any nature; Cross-check waybills against orders prior to billing; Verify inventory availability; in case of discrepancies, coordinate with responsible parties to implement necessary corrections; Issue correction letters; Monitor ongoing orders according to goods dispatch dates, in coordination with the Sales Department; Prepare weekly billing spreadsheets; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Accounting, or related fields; Minimum of one (1) year of experience in billing functions; Strong communication skills; Proactivity; Commitment; Responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in the textile industry; Familiarity with the SISPLAN system; **Additional Information** On-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, pharmacy partnership, meal voucher, health insurance, attendance bonus, and life insurance.
