We are seeking a Shipping Supervisor to strengthen operations and lead the shipping department! If you are organized, proactive, possess process-oriented thinking, and enjoy operational leadership, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate daily shipping department activities, assigning tasks among team members; Ensure all orders are shipped on time and in accordance with company standards; Organize the department and implement sound logistics practices, including 5S and safety protocols; Identify workflow improvements, reduce rework, and optimize operational steps; Serve as the liaison between shipping, sales, logistics, and other departments. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations; Experience in operational leadership or team organization; Attention to detail and strong communication skills; Ability to organize, prioritize, and solve problems. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with construction materials; Experience in Steel Frame or Drywall operations. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Fixed salary + Meal Allowance R$ 200.00/month + Food Voucher R$ 440.00 + Transportation Voucher R$ 240.00/month.
