Deadline management and risk alerts A transportation and logistics company seeks an Operations Assistant in Itapema. Mond Shipping is a company specialized in logistics and maritime transportation. It provides integrated solutions for international trade, ensuring efficiency and security in cargo operations. **Responsibilities:** Track shipments, monitoring ETA, ETD, berthing, and discharge. Confirm shipment berthing and notify FINOP to initiate release procedures. Update vessel/flight status in the system and/or control spreadsheets. Monitor schedule changes, delays, or advances in shipments. Control container empty pickup and return deadlines, as well as free time. Alert the responsible analyst regarding demurrage/detention risks and significant ETA changes. Maintain organized control over processes under your responsibility. Support the operations team with updated and accurate information. Previous experience as Operations Assistant, Logistics Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Process Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
