Review orders and production scheduling reports to verify the quantity of parts to be produced, ensuring the correct number of packages required for transporting goods. Inspect and/or perform the separation of goods to be packaged, segregating them according to their characteristics, destination, and requested quantity. Coordinate the removal of goods, verifying orders and priorities and inspecting vehicle loading to prevent possible damage and losses, and meet scheduled deadlines. Record outgoing goods, noting their characteristics and corresponding customer on the appropriate form to maintain control and release invoices. Maintain contact with customers, transportation companies, and packaging suppliers to resolve any questions. Load trucks as needed, operating a forklift. Participate in physical inventory counts, overseeing the counting of stored items. Supervise and guide workplace and tool cleaning, using appropriate materials and equipment to keep them in optimal condition. Issue merchandise invoices and supplementary invoices, following pre-defined parameters in the SAP system. Participate in programs/plans (audits, emergency response teams, procedure reviews, training, etc.) of the Quality, Environment, Health and Safety Management System; understand environmental impacts and health and safety risks/hazards associated with your activities, as well as your responsibilities and the impact of your performance on the environment, personal health and safety, and that of your colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Technical or higher education degree in Logistics or Business Administration * Microsoft Office Suite * SAP experience is a plus * Basic English proficiency preferred **Additional Information** **WE ARE NSG GROUP** ------------------- The NSG Group is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of architectural, automotive, and technical glass, with technology focused on corporate growth.
