




Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and organizing the movement of mailbags and goods, verifying documentation, and providing customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Providing customer service for cargo tracking Description: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role is a plus; * Availability to work in the afternoon shift; * Receive mailbags from Branches, Units, and Cargo Transfer Centers (CTC) containing documents destined for company departments, as well as waybills, invoices, and cargo manifests for shipment; * Maintain RCO control (numbers of cages received and shipped / numbers of CT-e shipped / seal numbers); * Verify the quantity of goods on the platform versus the quantity of CT-e, assisting if necessary in locating cargo to authorize shipment; * Confirm whether received documentation (waybills and invoices) appears on the cargo manifest; * Sort and verify waybills and invoices by destination unit and forward them to platform verification; * Issue and deliver mailbags and manifests to drivers, sealing the vehicle before departure; * Provide customer service for cargo tracking; * Administer breathalyzer tests to drivers daily in locations where no responsible personnel are assigned for this process in SESMT, Security, or Traffic departments; Other related duties. 251127020240675886
