Team leadership and organization **JOB: CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN** We are seeking a **Construction Foreman** to manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to schedules. **Main Responsibilities:** * Material requirement assessment and submission to warehouse/purchasing * Attendance at Daily Safety Meetings (DDS) and safety evaluations * Supervision of PPE usage by third-party workers, issuing notifications when necessary * Labor histogram control and daily site diary entries * Site logistics management (waste, organization, dumpster requests) * Verification of gate closure and activation of security systems * Assignment of teams for emergency tasks * Preparation of pending service lists and checklists for suppliers * Support in safety inspections alongside the Safety Engineer * Monitoring of monthly construction planning * Requesting maintenance for elevators and equipment * Receiving materials delivered by property owners * Accompanying inspections by regulatory authorities * Supervising concrete pouring and concrete quality testing * Team working hour tracking * Coordination of measurement reports with the Construction Manager **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman * Knowledge of team and construction site management * Basic occupational safety knowledge * Organization, leadership, and proactivity * Experience in medium-to-high standard construction projects Compensation: R$8.000,00 - R$8.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
