Our team values collaboration, respect for people, and the constant pursuit of efficient solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Interpret project drawings and blueprints, performing field measurements and technical monitoring; * Serve as the liaison between the office and the construction site, ensuring smooth communication and execution; * Supervise and guide teams across work fronts; * Monitor and ensure adherence to construction processes and defined deadlines; * Guarantee compliance with technical standards and best-practice execution guidelines; * Support implementation of the construction schedule in coordination with engineers and the technical team. * Prior experience as a Construction Site Manager on corporate or medium-to-large-scale projects; * Experience in healthcare, industrial, or educational construction projects is a plus; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (a technical degree in building construction is a plus); * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Mastery of construction execution techniques and sequencing; * Skill in controlling measurements, materials, and teams; * Strong interpersonal skills and assertive communication.
