Job Summary: Commercial Assistant for a Transportation and Logistics company, responsible for freight rate negotiation, issuance of CTe (Transportation Service Invoice), operation monitoring, and fleet management support. A Transportation and Logistics company is seeking a Commercial Assistant in Itajaí. **Responsibilities:** Negotiate and contract return freight services. Issue subcontracting CTe documents. Perform settlement closing and reconciliation with drivers. Monitor return operations and provide support during transit. Control documents required for balance collection. Identify and manage fines. Monitor diesel prices and designate authorized fuel stations. Support the fleet manager in routine tasks, including hiring and maintenance. Interface with Finance and HR departments regarding return loads. Previous roles such as Sales Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, or Commercial Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. High school diploma required.
