We are looking for a **Pattern Maker**: They will be responsible for: * Developing patterns as the foundation for production, ensuring garments achieve correct fit and proportions. Analyze whether the selected fabric is suitable for the product and make necessary adjustments to ensure production feasibility. Provide technical support to the stylist and ensure efficient garment production—playing an essential role in the success of any collection or product under development in the industry. **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Pattern development. * Use of pattern-making software. * Technical support to design. * Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and fabrics. * Collaboration with the development team. * Fabric suitability assessment for products. * Adjustments and adaptations. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * **Data analysis**: Ability to understand the benefits and challenges of using data visualization, sharing results via applications or other market tools. * **Creative ability**: An individual's capacity to imagine, create, produce, or invent novel concepts and objects.
