Learn more about the area: **ICT:** The team responsible for ensuring the company’s entire technological infrastructure operates securely, stably, and efficiently. It manages networks, systems, servers, equipment, information security, and user support, while also enabling internal and external communication via digital tools. It also drives the implementation of new technologies, process improvements, access management, data protection, and support to other departments—ensuring technology underpins business operations and growth. In this opportunity, the intern will assist in handling service requests, performing triage, routing, and updating request statuses, as well as observing the team’s daily routine to learn about ICT processes, tools, and workflows. **Program Details:** Students enrolled in undergraduate programs with active enrollment and a valid affiliation with a higher education institution until the end of the 2026 cycle, in fields aligned with available positions.
