




**All Posting Locations:** Blumenau, Santa Catarina, BR **Job Functions:** Manufacturing **Date Published:** December 2, 2025 **Ref\#:** R\-96998 ABOUT THE ROLE Job Description . **Position targeted at women/Black individuals/Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** **OBJECTIVE:** Implement and manage occupational health and safety policies within the industrial environment, aiming to prevent accidents and occupational diseases while safeguarding employees’ physical integrity, strictly adhering to applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) and relevant legislation. The professional must be actively present on the factory floor, monitoring processes and guiding teams. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct risk assessments for environmental safety reports (PGR and LTCAT); * Develop Preliminary Risk Analyses (APR) for critical tasks and implement preventive and corrective measures; * Authorize special fieldwork (Work Permits); * Lead investigations of work-related accidents and incidents, analyzing root causes and proposing actions to prevent recurrence; * Issue Work Accident Communication (CAT) when required; * Oversee processes related to Regulatory Standards, including NR10, NR12, NR13, NR20, NR33, and NR35; * Issue the Professional Occupational Profile (PPP); * Develop and deliver training sessions, lectures, and Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) on Regulatory Standards, hazards, and safety procedures for production teams; * Provide technical and operational support to the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and Fire Brigade, participating in meetings and assisting with activities; * Conduct daily workplace inspections. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety, with active professional registration; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Basic knowledge of occupational hygiene, ergonomics, and first aid.
